We’re looking for a Head of R&D to lead our development team and take responsibility for the entire new product development cycle — from concept and testing through to serial production.
What you’ll do:
Define R&D priorities and plans, lead the team and projects, coordinate development and testing, manage timelines, resources, and the quality of deliverables, and ensure a smooth transition of products into serial production.
What your work will deliver:
Successfully completed R&D projects, new and improved products, production-ready technical solutions, and an effective development team.
